Do you have a physical location where I can shop in person?

We are only offering online sales and do not operate a storefront for in-person shopping.
It’s one of the reasons we offer free same-day shipping!

We encourage everyone to do as much research as possible to find out everything you can to arm themselves with the knowledge necessary to use this, or any product, in a safe and effective manner.

The best way would be to follow us on our socials. Use the links at the bottom of the page to follow us.

Additionally, select orders get a 10% coupon code for every review. If chosen, you’ll receive an email from our third-party review site a few days after you receive your order.

You can also sign up for the Coupon Mailer in the footer to get exclusive deals. You’ll also receive an instant Coupon Code worth 10% off any order!

Another great way to get discounts is by referring friends. You’ll get $10.00 for each person you refer. Once they make their first purchase, you get a $10.00 credit and they receive a $5.00 credit. These will be awarded in the form of Rewards Points, which you can easily redeem at checkout. There’s no limit to how many you can earn, and they never expire. Seriously!

How do I make changes to my account?

How quickly will you ship my order?

All orders completed Monday – Friday by 1:00 pm will be shipped the same day.
Orders completed after this time will be shipped the following shipping day.

What shipping options do you offer? 

We offer FREE USPS Ground Advantage Shipping on all paid orders in the US, including PR and USVI. This ranges from 4 to 7 days, depending on your distance from Dallas/Fort Worth. We also offer USPS Priority Mail & Priority Mail Express for an additional charge. 

Calculating shipping charges in your cart is easy. Just using free shipping is even easier! If you need any special arrangements, like overnight or anything else, we can definitely take care of you. Just contact us at any of the options below as soon as you’re ready, or if you have any other questions.

 

Can I track my package? 

Always! All orders come with tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. 

 

How quickly will my order be delivered? 

Free USPS Ground Advantage Shipping delivery times can vary, but 4-7 days seems to be the average range. Priority Mail generally runs 2-5 days, and Priority Mail Express averages 1-3 days. 

Of course, they offer no guarantees; these are just the times they are attempting to make. You can learn more at the carriers’ websites using the links above. 

If you need it faster or overnight, we can certainly help you out. Just let us know in the notes section of your order or call, chat, or email to discuss options. Head on over to the shipping page to get all the details. 

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes? 

We most certainly do!  Just place your order like you would if you were shipping to a home or business.

 

Do you ship discreetly? 

Yes. Products arrive in a standard box or padded envelope from “Whole Earth – Shipping Department”, with no mention of any contents. Our return address will be displayed on the label. If you would like to see an image, please let us know. If you would like anything obscured, please mention it in the Notes section when submitting your order, or contact us to discuss details. We’re happy to accommodate you!

 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed? 

If you need to make changes to products, quantities, shipping addresses, or anything else, get in touch with us as soon as you possibly can. If your order has not shipped, we will be able to make the changes for you, no problem. If your order has shipped, let us know anyway and we’ll figure out the best way to get you taken care of.

How do I store my products?

Store in a cool, dry place, ideally between 60-80 degrees Fahrenheit. (15-27 Celsius)
Keep out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. Keep out of the reach of children and animals. Try your best to keep the container air-tight.

 

Will I receive the exact same product that is pictured on the website?

You certainly will. Most product pics were taken by us.
Even if they weren’t, they are all actual photos of the exact same product you’ll receive.
