What shipping options do you offer?

We offer free USPS First Class Shipping on all orders in the US.
This ranges from 4-7 days, depending on your distance from Dallas.

We also offer 3 day USPS shipping in the US for $7.50

If you need any special arrangements like overnight, 2-day or anything else, we can definitely take care of you

Canadian orders over $49 also ship free. Orders under $49 ship for just $10

Will I receive tracking on my package?

Definitely.
Once your order is shipped you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
From there you can view our custom tracking page to current location and delivery estimates.

Alternatively, you can go to; My Account>Orders>View Order, where you can find your tracking number.

Or, you can go to the Shipping page and enter your order number and email address to view your order status and tracking number, once your order has shipped.

When will you ship my order?

All orders completed Monday – Saturday by 2:00 pm will be shipped the same day.
Orders submitted after 2:00 pm will be shipped the following day.
(US Central Standard Time | Sunday shipping not available)

How quickly will my order be delivered?

Free USPS First Class Shipping delivery times can vary, but 3-5 days seems to be the average range.

We also offer 3 Day USPS Priority Shipping for a flat $7.50 to anywhere in the country.
Of course, the USPS offers no guarantees, but so far all deliveries have made it in 3 days or less.

If you need it faster or overnight, we can certainly help you out.

All products ship from Arlington, TX.

We ship to all states in the US except for; Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Nevada, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont & Wisconsin.

We ship to all remaining states in the US, with the exception of the following cities; Oceanside, CA., San Diego, CA., Sarasota, FL., Jerseyville, IL., Alton, IL., Edwardsville, IL., Columbus, MS., Union County, MS. and Denver, CO.

Do you ship discretely?

Yes. Products arrive in a standard brown box from Whole Earth Gifts with no mention of any contents.

How do I make changes on an order I've already placed?

If you need to make changes to products, quantities, shipping addresses, or anything else, get in touch with us as soon as you possibly can.

All shipping comes with $100 insurance.
We will, from time to time, add additional insurance as we deem necessary.

Are your products lab tested?

Definitely!
All raw material is tested upon arrival and then finished product gets tested, as well.
Results reveal purity, content, and potency. You can view test results on our Lab Tests page.

How do I store my products?

Store in a cool dry place, ideally between 60-80 degrees Fahrenheit. (15-27 Celcius)
Keep out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Will I receive the exact same product that is pictured on the website?

You certainly will. Most product pics were taken by us and are always actual photos of the exact products we ship.
