What is kratom?

What do the different strain names mean?

What product formats do you carry?

We carry powder, capsules, and extracts. Powder is the most direct form — harvest, dry, grind. Powder filled capsules offer pre-measured servings and convenience. Are your products lab tested?

What does AKA/GMP Certified mean?

AKA stands for American Kratom Association, and GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice. These are voluntary certification programs that reflect structured operational standards — covering training, sourcing, handling, testing, and documentation. Our house brand, Whole Earth, is AKA/GMP Certified. We also carry several third-party brands that meet the same standard. Why does quality vary across the industry?

Kratom is harvested internationally in regions where large-scale traceability systems are still developing. Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, an account is required — but you can create one in seconds during checkout. Having an account lets you track orders, manage rewards points, and maintain your purchase history.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed by 1:00 PM CST are guaranteed to ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff often ship same day as well, though it's not guaranteed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekend and USPS holiday shipping is not available.

What shipping options do you offer?

Every order ships free — no minimum, no fine print, no exceptions. We also offer upgraded and expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your order sooner or prefer a specific carrier.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, but only via USPS. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, so if your shipping address is a PO box, your order will ship via USPS regardless of the option selected at checkout.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. All orders ship in plain brown cardboard boxes with no product details, brand names, or identifying information on the outside. The return label will show Whole Earth — Shipping Department, with our address. If you'd like any details backed out, just leave us instructions in the Notes section of your order at checkout.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, by appointment. We don't have a public retail storefront, but local customers are welcome to arrange a pickup. Contact us to schedule.

Do you provide order tracking?

Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We ship within the United States only, to locations where kratom is legally permitted.

We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout that covers damage, loss, and theft. We strongly recommend adding it, especially for larger orders. If something goes wrong on an uninsured order, we will work closely with you and the carrier to pursue a resolution as quickly as possible, though we cannot make guarantees without coverage in place.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed on our end immediately upon approval and will post to your account within seconds. How quickly it clears depends on your bank. Please reach out to them if you need additional details regarding a refund that has posted, but is still pending.
