Kratom Shipping

When your order ships

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM Central ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or USPS holidays.

Many orders placed after the cutoff still go out the same day. We just can’t guarantee it.

How long delivery takes

Free orders go out through USPS or UPS. Which one depends on size, destination, and current rates, so we send it whichever way gets it to you best that day. Delivery generally runs three to seven days.

Everything ships from Arlington, Texas, right between Dallas and Fort Worth. The closer you are, the sooner it lands.

Upgraded shipping

Several paid upgrades are available at checkout if you want something faster, or if you simply prefer a particular carrier or service.

Worth knowing: carriers name their services in ways that sound like promises and aren’t. Weekends and holidays usually don’t count as delivery days, and neither USPS nor UPS guarantees a delivery date on most services. If you want the specifics before choosing, USPS and UPS publish their own service details.

Tracking your order

Every order comes with tracking. Once it ships, your tracking number arrives in your shipping confirmation email, with a link to the carrier’s tracking page.

If that email doesn’t show up, check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Let us know and we’ll send your tracking number right away.

Shipping protection

Shipping protection is an optional coverage upgrade available at checkout.

Once an order leaves our hands and goes to the carrier, delivery is in their control, not ours. With shipping protection, we can replace, refund, or issue store credit for eligible orders lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, subject to verification and claims review. We may ask for photographs, carrier documentation, claim information, or a police report before approving a claim.

Without it, reimbursement for a lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged package may be limited to whatever the carrier’s own claims process offers. We are not responsible for carrier loss, theft, delay, or damage when protection is declined, but we will still help you deal with the carrier and pursue any claim available to you.

Changing an order

Need to change products, quantities, a shipping address, or anything else? Get in touch as soon as you can.

If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll make the change, no problem. If it already shipped, tell us anyway. There’s almost always something we can do.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States and to Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. We do not ship internationally, to Guam or the Northern Mariana Islands, or to military APO and FPO addresses.

Every order is age verified at checkout. You must be 21 or older to buy.

States we do not ship to

Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia.

Counties and cities we do not ship to

• Colorado: Monument, Parker
• Florida: Sarasota County
• Idaho: Bingham County, Idaho Falls
• Illinois: Alton, Des Plaines, Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Jerseyville, Marion, Mount Prospect
• Iowa: Elk Run Heights
• Mississippi: Union County, Batesville, Booneville, Brandon, Columbus, Corinth, Gluckstadt, Hernando, Laurel, New Albany, Oxford, Pearl, Senatobia, City of Union
• New Hampshire: Franklin
• New Jersey: Bradley Beach
• New York: Albany County, Nassau County, Oneida County
• Oregon: Malheur County
• Texas: Anna, Bridgeport
• Washington: Cle Elum, Othello, Spokane, Spokane Valley

Most of these places prohibit kratom. A few are on the list for other reasons. Either way, checkout will not accept an order to any of them.

Kratom laws change, and local bans often pass with little public notice. Before you order, confirm kratom is legal where you live.

Outlying territories

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands at no additional charge. Plenty of companies won’t, because it costs them more. That’s their problem, not yours.

Delivery to these destinations takes considerably longer, occasionally up to three weeks. If timing matters, reach out before you order and we’ll help you work out the best option.
