Free Kratom Consultation
A one-on-one conversation about what you are buying, by phone or video chat, with the person who runs this company. It is free, it is not a sales call, and there is nothing to buy at the end of it.
Who you are talking to
Theron Rodriguez, the founder. Not a call center, not a rotating queue, and not a script.
He is not a doctor, a pharmacologist or a botanist, and he will tell you so himself. What he has is years of reading labels and lab reports, working directly with the brands on this shelf, and answering the same questions from customers every day.
What we can go through
Roughly half of what comes up is the products. The other half is everything else on this site, and that half is not the lesser one.
- What separates one product from another. Color, strain, region, grind, format.
- Why two products with the same name from two vendors are not the same product.
- How to read a certificate of analysis, what it covers, and what it leaves off.
- The brands we carry, how they operate, and how they differ.
- Powder against capsules against extracts, and why extracts are not a starting point.
- Price per unit, sizes, sample packs, shipping, subscriptions, and how ordering works.
- Where kratom is prohibited and how that affects what we can ship to you.
- Any article in the Kratom Guide, talked through out loud rather than read.
- Anything in Responsible Kratom Use. Frequency, tolerance, dependence, withdrawal, interactions, storage.
- The toolkit, including the kratom tracker, how the sheets are meant to be used and what belongs in them.
- A Kratom University lesson or quiz question that did not land, and where the answer sits.
- Anything on this site you have looked for and cannot find, or have read and want a second pass on.
What we cannot go through
This is where we would rather be plain than helpful.
We do not give medical advice. We do not diagnose anything, we do not discuss whether kratom is appropriate for a condition you have, and we do not comment on how it might interact with a medication you take. Those questions belong with a licensed healthcare provider, and that is where we will send you.
We do not tell you how much to take. Every package states its serving information, and we will read it to you off the label if you ask. What we will not do is give you a number to begin at, a range, or a rule of thumb.
We do not tell you which product will suit you, or how much of it will suit you, because we cannot know that. Nobody who has never met you can. What works for one person does not work for the next.
That is not the same as sending you off to guess. What we can do is hand you the means to work it out: how to read a label, how to read a lab report, what actually separates one product from another, what regular use carries, and where every one of those subjects is written down on this site. The conclusion is yours to reach. You should not have to reach it blind, and after a call you will not be.
What it is not
It is not a sales call. Nobody is working from a target and nobody is paid a commission. If the honest answer is that you should read for an hour and order nothing today, that is the answer you will get.
If you finish the call and choose to buy somewhere else, that is a legitimate outcome. Purchasing is not a requirement of the consultation.
Booking
Pick a time, choose phone or video chat, and tell us what you want to cover so the time gets used well. Bookings run in half hour blocks.
If the half hour runs out with questions open, what happens next depends on the day. When the calendar allows it, we keep going. When there is another call waiting, we will say so rather than talk over the top of it, and we will set your next time before we hang up.
One consultation is not a limit. If you go away, read, and come back a week later with a new set of questions, book another one.
Consultations are for adults 21 and over.
If you would rather read than talk
Everything covered on a call is written down somewhere on this site, free and without an account.
If you want the whole foundation rather than an answer to one question, start with Kratom University, a free kratom course in four levels, taken in order, from what the plant is up to judging a supplier. It covers the ground a call covers and a good deal more, at your own pace, and finishing it earns 2,000 reward points, worth $20 of credit. That is enough to walk out with product having paid nothing for it.
If you came here for one specific thing, a strain, a color, side effects, the law in your state, go straight to the article. The Kratom Guide holds the plant and the products. Responsible Kratom Use is about being a responsible consumer of it: what the real risks are, what makes them worse, and what keeps them small.
All of it sits under Kratom Education, where the Guide, Responsible Kratom Use and Kratom University are gathered in one place.
Kratom’s alkaloids interact with the same receptor systems that opioids act on. Kratom may be habit-forming. Kratom may be harmful to your health. The FDA has not approved kratom for therapeutic uses.
