The rules change from one state to the next, and sometimes from one county to the next. Almost everything that has gone wrong in this industry went wrong in the marketing. Vendors told customers what kratom would do for them, in language the law does not permit and the evidence does not support.
We built this company on the opposite bet. We tell you what a product is, where it came from, and what an independent lab found in it. We do not tell you what it will do for you, because we cannot know that. Neither can anyone else selling it to you. The warnings on this site are part of the same posture. A caution that appears once, in small text, at the foot of a page nobody scrolls to, is a warning designed not to be read. Ours appear where the decision is being made.
