Your points do not expire
Not after a year, not after two years, not if you stop ordering for a while and come back.
We say this plainly because the rest of retail does not. Expiring points are a way of collecting money for something the customer never gets to use. Yours sit there until you spend them.
How to earn them
Order your favorite products. Ten points per dollar, on every order, with no minimum and no excluded products.
Finish Kratom University. Two thousand points for completing all four levels, awarded as you go rather than all at the end. That is twenty dollars of credit, earned without spending a dollar.
Watch for promotions. A few times a year we run double point days and other seasonal events. They go out through the coupon mailer, which is the only place they are announced.
How to spend them
Go to your account dashboard, open the rewards page, and redeem as many points as you like or all of them at once. There is no minimum and no fixed increment.
Redeeming issues a coupon for the amount you chose. The system takes one coupon per order, so a rewards coupon cannot be stacked with another coupon. It can be used on sale and discounted items.

Finish Kratom University and you have twenty dollars of credit without having spent anything. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum. So a person can take the whole course, learn what they are actually buying, spend that credit on product, and walk out with kratom in hand having never paid a cent.
That is not a loophole. It is the point.
The details
Points are attached to your account, which means you need one for them to accumulate. Creating an account takes a few seconds at checkout.
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or refunded for money. If an order is refunded, the points earned on it come back off.
