FREE SHIPPING

We offer free Shipping on every order. This will either be USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
Deliveries will generally take between 3 – 7 days, depending on your distance from DFW, day of the week, holidays, and other factors.
For faster shipping, you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.
These are usually quicker, averaging 1-3 days; however, please keep in mind, USPS makes no guarantees.

SAME DAY SHIPPING

All orders completed Monday – Friday by 1:00 pm will be shipped the same day.
While many orders completed after 1:00 PM will ship the same day, we can only guarantee same-day shipping until that time.
Any order submitted after 1:00 PM and not shipped the same day will ship the following business day.
(US Central Standard Time | Weekend & USPS Holiday shipping not available)

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If for any reason you have specific shipping requests, don’t hesitate to let us know what you need, and we’ll take care of it.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

All orders come with tracking.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
From there, you can link to the carrier tracking page to get updates and to follow the progress of your order.
If you don’t receive your tracking email, please first check your spam folder.
If you can’t find it, just let us know, and we’ll get your tracking number right away.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Shipping Protection is an optional coverage upgrade available at checkout
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and transportation processes.
If Shipping Protection is purchased, Whole Earth Gifts may replace, refund, or issue store credit for eligible orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, subject to reasonable verification and claims review procedures.
Customers who decline Shipping Protection acknowledge that recovery for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages may be limited to remedies available through the shipping carrier. While Whole Earth Gifts is not responsible for carrier-related loss, theft, delay, or damage when Shipping Protection is declined, we will make every reasonable effort to assist customers in communicating with the carrier and pursuing any available carrier claims process.
Whole Earth Gifts reserves the right to require photographs, carrier documentation, claim information, police reports, or other reasonable verification before approving any Shipping Protection claim.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

If you need to make order changes regarding products, quantities, shipping addresses, or anything else, get in touch with us as soon as you possibly can.
If your order has not shipped, we will be able to make the changes for you, no problem.
If your order has already shipped, let us know anyway, and we’ll figure out the best way to get you taken care of.
