The pouches contain only 100% potato starch which creates an ultra-thin film. The pouches are vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO and contain no additives or fillers. After being swallowed, the pouch film breaks down rapidly.
Each pouch contains approximately 2-3 grams of powder. The upper weight limit (2-3 grams) is designed to create the least possible chance of the pouch bursting during consumption, making it easy to consume the powder.
To add the desired powder to each pouch, simply fill each pouch with the powder of your choice with the provided birchwood scoop and then fold the top of the pouch closed. Then, lightly wet the top of the pouch by dipping the pouch into room temperature water to allow the gel film to become soft and pliable. Next, swallow the pouch as you would any other pill or capsule. The gel film will dissolve immediately from your mouth and throat and leave no unpleasant or lingering taste.
