Nobody can tell you that. Tying a color to an outcome is marketing, not evidence, and no study supports it. Strain names tell you nothing more than which package to reorder once you find one you like.
On top of that, the moment a seller attaches an outcome to a product, the FDA treats that product as an unapproved drug, which is why you will not find that language here.
There is one plant, Mitragyna speciosa. Red, green, white and gold describe drying and handling, not different species. Nearly all commercial kratom comes out of Indonesian Borneo, and most of ours comes from Kapuas Hulu in West Kalimantan, a regency of riverbank farms upriver from Putussibau.

Capsules are swallowed like any other capsule, with a full glass of water. Water rather than coffee, energy drinks or soda.
Powder is usually stirred into juice, brewed as a tea, or folded into something thick like yogurt or applesauce. Mixed into plain water it tends to float and clump.
Cool, dry, sealed, out of light, and out of reach of children and pets. Kratom does not spoil the way food does. Over time it fades.
