Whole Earth Gifts Referral Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Whole Earth Gifts Referral Program (“Referral Program”) allows an existing customer to refer a new customer to Whole Earth Gifts. When a qualifying referral is completed, both the referring customer and the referred customer receive referral credit in their respective accounts.

Referral credit is store credit issued to your account balance. It is not a rewards point, and it is not governed by the Rewards Program Terms. Referral credit has no cash value, does not constitute property, and is a revocable benefit rather than a vested entitlement.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Referral Program:

• The referring customer must hold an active account in good standing under the Master Terms & Conditions.
• The referred customer must be a new customer, meaning an individual who has not previously created an account with Whole Earth Gifts and has not previously placed an order with Whole Earth Gifts.
• Both the referring customer and the referred customer must meet the eligibility and age requirements set forth in the Master Terms & Conditions, Section 2.
• The referred customer must not share a household, shipping address, billing address, payment method, or account with the referring customer.

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether any individual qualifies as a new customer and whether any referral qualifies for credit.

3. How a Referral Is Completed

A referral is completed only when the referred customer places a first order that is successfully paid and fulfilled. Submitting an order does not complete a referral. An order that fails payment, is cancelled, is not fulfilled, or does not otherwise reach completion does not complete a referral.

There is no minimum order value. Any completed first order qualifies.

Referral credit posts to both accounts after the referred customer’s first order is complete. Because credit posts after that order, the referred customer cannot apply referral credit to the first order itself. The credit is available for the referred customer’s second order and any order after it.

4. Credit Amount

The referral credit amount is the amount displayed at www.wholeearthgifts.com/referral/ at the time the referral is completed. Each party receives that amount in their own account.

We may change the referral credit amount, offer promotional or increased credit amounts for limited periods, or discontinue credit entirely, at any time and without notice. The amount displayed on that page at the time a referral is completed is the amount that applies to that referral.

5. Using Referral Credit

• Your referral code, your referral link, your completed referral count, and your current credit balance are shown in your account at www.wholeearthgifts.com/my-account/referral-dashboard/.
• Referral credit is applied to eligible orders through your account at checkout.
• Referral credit may not be applied to subscription orders or subscription-related fees.
• Referral credit may be applied across multiple orders until the balance is used.
• Referral credit may not be redeemed for cash, and no cash back or refund of credit is issued for any unused portion of a credit applied to an order.

6. Non-Stacking

Referral credit may not be combined with subscription pricing, discount codes, promotional codes, rewards points redemption, sale pricing, storewide promotions, affiliate discounts, or any other discount or offer in the same order, unless expressly authorized by the Company in writing. This restriction is a core condition of program participation.

7. No Limit on Referrals

There is no limit on the number of qualifying referrals a customer may complete, and no cap on the total referral credit a customer may earn, subject to these Terms and to our fraud and abuse provisions.

8. Expiration and Transferability

• Referral credit does not expire.
• Referral credit is personal to the account holder who earned it and may only be used by that account holder.
• Referral credit may not be sold, gifted, assigned, transferred, or otherwise conveyed to any other person or entity.
• Referral credit is forfeited immediately upon account termination for any reason.

9. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversals

If the order that completed a referral is subsequently refunded, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the referral is no longer qualifying and we may reverse the referral credit issued to both accounts.

If the credit has already been used, we may recover its value from any benefit associated with your account, including but not limited to remaining referral credit, store credit, rewards points, promotional credit, and referral credit earned in the future, or we may apply it as a balance owed against a future order. Where recovery is taken from rewards points, the points are voided as a remedy under these Terms. This does not convert points into cash or into store credit, and it does not give points any monetary value.

We are not obligated to pursue recovery of credit already used, and a decision not to do so in any instance does not waive our right to do so in another.

10. Fraud and Abuse Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate forfeiture of referral credit, reversal of referral transactions, account suspension, or permanent termination:

• Referring yourself, including through a second account, an alternate email address, or an alternate name;
• Creating fake, duplicate, or automated accounts to generate referrals;
• Referring an individual who is not a new customer as defined in Section 2;
• Using paid search advertising, spam, unsolicited messaging, or misleading claims about Whole Earth Gifts or its products to solicit referrals;
• Publishing referral links on coupon, deal aggregator, or discount code websites without written authorization;
• Making any medical, therapeutic, or health-related claim about our products when soliciting a referral; and
• Any conduct intended to exploit the Referral Program for unintended gain.

We reserve the right to void referral credit, reverse referral transactions, and suspend or terminate accounts where abuse is suspected or confirmed, at our sole discretion.

11. Program Modifications and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program, or any aspect of it, at any time without liability. This includes changes to credit amounts, qualifying conditions, eligibility, and program structure. Changes take effect when posted, except that a change which materially reduces your rights or materially increases your obligations takes effect thirty (30) days after it is posted, and we will notify account holders holding a referral credit balance by email before it takes effect. Material changes include a reduction in the referral credit amount, the introduction of any limit on the use of credit already earned, and discontinuation of the Referral Program. A change does not apply retroactively to a dispute that arose before the change took effect. Continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of it.

Discontinuation of the Referral Program does not cancel referral credit already posted to an account, except where these Terms otherwise permit forfeiture or reversal.

12. Relationship to the Rewards Program

The Referral Program and the Rewards Program are separate. Referral credit is store credit and is governed by these Terms. Rewards points are governed by the Rewards Program Terms. Earning referral credit does not earn rewards points, and rewards points may not be converted into referral credit or into store credit of any kind.
