If you don’t love it, send it back.
Finding the product that suits you takes some trial and error, and we’d rather absorb the cost of that than have you stuck with something you don’t want. You have 30 days from the date the carrier shows your original order was delivered. Used, opened, half gone, doesn’t matter. If you’re not happy with it, we’ll make it right.
What you get
Your choice of a refund, an exchange for anything of equal value, or store credit, in the amount of the products you send back.
Refunds go back to the card used for the original payment. That’s the only account we’re able to refund.
How to return something
Mail your return to us first, then fill out the return form below with your tracking number.

Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if you still have it. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the date the carrier shows your order was delivered.
Once your return arrives and is authorized, we’ll be in touch to process it and get your refund, exchange, or store credit issued right away.
